Reset Supplements was founded by Paulina Hefferan, a certified trainer and nutritionist with over 16 years of experience working with tens of thousands of women.

After years of helping clients transform their bodies, Paulina noticed a pattern: so many women were doing everything “right”—eating clean, working out consistently—yet still struggling with bloating, low energy, and stubborn weight. She experienced it herself, too.

That frustration led to a deeper understanding of what was really holding women back: gut health.

Reset Supplements was created to bridge that gap.
